Yeah she is. As per Rockman.EXE NetNavi guidelines, they must look cute and harmless.

Curses. I was too stupid and lazy to provide comments on versions 1 and 2, and now you have the finished product. Not to say it's not good. It's great. I just wish I could have helped guide you through it. As it stands, however, I can't really see much room for improvement. I will not let this happen again.
